Home Repair Services is offering a series of classes that will teach home owners of all DIY skill levels the basics of home energy efficiency.  On Tuesday evenings, “Your Energy Efficient Home” offers solutions to lower home heating and cooling bills through regularly scheduled classes such as “How can I find my air leaks?” “Do I need new windows?”  “Why are some rooms cold?” and “Why do windows fog up?”  All classes are from 6 – 8 p.m. at 1100 South Division in Grand Rapids.  No registration is required. 

A general energy conservation class is held each Thursday in partnership with the Area Community Service Employment and Training Council. Registration is required. Call HRS (616) 241-2601 for details.
