MSU Extension is a partner to gather input about a BioTrust for the State of Michigan. A BioTrust is a database of blood samples that can be used for public health research. They would like input in order to determine the ethical policies of these procedures.
WMEAC would like to nominate 3 people to participate in a deliberation regarding these ethical issues. The deliberation will be held on three days over a weekend in early November at the Kent/MSU Extension office in Grand Rapids. The participants will be paid $200 for about 20 hours of service. Please contact Dan at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to be nominated.
