Help Recycle Christmas Trees in Grand Haven

The Holidays have come and gone and all that remains are stale fruitcakes, piles of pine needles and, of course, the trees. Start 2013 with a reduced footprint and help the Grand Haven Area Jaycees pick up the Christmas trees in Grand Haven neighborhoods so they can recycle them. Recycling trees keeps them out of landfills so the chips can be donated to the community. Snacks and lunch will be provided to all volunteers. Get more Information.

Can’t make it to volunteer? You can still help! Just get your trees out to the curb by 8:00 a.m. on January 5, 2013 and the Grand Haven Area Jaycees will pick them up. Don’t live in Grand Haven? Learn about how to recycle Christmas trees in Kent County.
