Community Conversations on Climate Change: The Future of Food in Muskegon County

Join us for a virtual conversation about food systems in Muskegon County on Tuesday, October 27, 7:00 pm-8:30 pm!
This conversation is the first in a new educational series, based on the top 100 carbon reduction strategies laid out in “Drawdown: The Most Comprehensive Plan Ever Proposed to Reverse Global Warming,” compiled from experts around the world by longtime environmentalist, entrepreneur, author and activist, Paul Hawken.
Jeff Auch, city manager for Montague, will moderate a panel discussion highlighting lessons learned from the pandemic, what we have in place in Muskegon County that is working well, and what is needed going forward as impacts from the climate emergency change how we grow and access food in our communities.
