Founded in 2009, we started as the brainchild of three engineers living in Holland, Michigan. Two of us were devoted home brewers for years, working in a garage with a Sabco Brewmagic and perfecting our recipes. That half-barrel system eventually turned into a three-barrel system in a 3000-square-foot pub with sixty seats. With an emphasis on quality ingredients, consistent recipes, and a passion for quality control, our three-barrel system soon turned into a seven-barrel system with a small canning line. Within three years of opening the pub, demand grew and we opened a production facility with a fifteen-barrel brewhouse. A year later we moved out of the 3000-square-foot pub into a 7000-square-foot brewery with a full kitchen.
