You’re invited to a Community Conversation on PFAS!

This free event is hosted by the West Michigan Environmental Action Council, the Michigan League of Conservation Voters, and the Great Lakes PFAS Action Network.

Join us for an engaging discussion at Arktos Meadery (442 Bridge St NW, GR) on Thursday, July 25th from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Your first drink at Arktos Meadery is on WMEAC!

We’ll be discussing PFAS, a harmful chemical impacting West Michigan. Hear new insights from Tobyn McNaughton, Community Advocate; Rick Rediske, Professor Emeritus at GVSU specializing in water resources; Marshall Kilgore, WMEAC’s Director of Engagement; and Nick Occhipinti, MLCV’s Government Affairs Director.

Gain knowledge about the effects of PFAS and discover the ongoing efforts and legislation to address this issue.

We can’t wait to see you there for an enlightening and relaxed conversation.

Many thanks to WMEAC’s partners, the Michigan League of Conservation Voters and the Great Lakes PFAS Action Network.
